Request help
Requests take about 10 minutes. Please don't email bills or receipts. If we need documents, we'll ask.
What to have ready
- Your contact details and county
- Your pet's name, type, and age
- Your veterinary clinic and veterinarian's name
- A written estimate for the recommended care
- How much you can contribute toward the bill
